Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mia Maya Design​. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipment Price

Your order will usually be shipped with GLS. Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the order - and whether you live in Denmark or abroad. Our minimum price for a shipment in Denmark is 49 DKK, though Free Shipping is available for orders of DKK 1000 or more in Denmark. You can see the shipping costs in the shopping cart after you enter your address. Shipping costs are also reflected in your order confirmation. Currently, shipping is not available outside EU through the webshop. Instead, write an email to contact@miamayadesign to get a shipping price for your specific country/region.

 

Prices

All prices on miamayadesign.dk are in Danish kroner DKK incl. 25% VAT. Please note that when you ship to countries outside the EU, there may be additional customs duties that you will have to pay yourself at the time of receipt. These costs are not reflected in your order confirmation. For delivery outside the EU, Danish VAT will be deducted before you pay.
